I’m Andrew, a Project Surveyor working across Victoria’s major infrastructure. I combine hands-on surveying with a practical interest in 3D scanning, monitoring and spatial automation.

Parkdale & Mordialloc Level Crossing Removal Projects

  • Undertake survey work across rail, civil and structural packages, maintaining and expanding primary survey control networks.
  • Carry out precision setout and as-built verification for earthworks, utility relocations and structural works.
  • Use 3D scanning, automated monitoring and AI-assisted spatial workflows to support survey delivery and QA reporting.
  • Work with site surveyors, engineers and project stakeholders to provide survey information and coordinate day-to-day requirements.
More about this role

Use 12d Model and 12d Synergy for spatial data integration between field surveyors and alliance engineers. Complete survey verification to VicTrack, MTM and LXRP alliance specifications, including rail corridor handovers and structural inspections.

  • Melbourne Quarter: installed and managed Leica GEOMOS monitoring and scanned neighbouring structures.
  • Airtrunk: surveying for precast structures, access roads and civil infrastructure.
  • HMAS Cerberus: control networks for deep sewers, pumping stations and building footprints.
  • Sugar Store 9: precision monitoring of timber beam jacking in a heritage warehouse.
